Create Google Adsense Website earning $25 USD per day

Dear Web / SEO Professional: I need a website creator who is able to build a website that can generate $25+ USD per day using White-hat methods through AdSense and affiliate products. I will provide the 6 niches that I want you to focus on. A track record of past work is required for me to accept the bid. The project will entail writing unique SEO optimized content, complete configuration of the website. Website must be developed using the lates version of WordPress, with professional look and feel. Please only reply if you are able to make this happen. MILESTONES ONLY!! WILL RELEASE 1/2 ON COMPLETION, SECOND HALF ONCE INCOME IS PROVEN FOR AT LEAST 25 DAYS. I want a website that will show the 6 niches on the first page and once you click on that one related image to one of the 6 niches, it will bring you to a page with ALL related items, articles, products, adsense adds, affiliates, etc... specific to that one image that was clicked– use of royalty free images is required. You should use CMSs like Wordpress, Joomla or Drupal so that I can easily edit, add things later (if needed). - Design must be neat and optimized to attract people to click on the ads - Must have high paying keywords for 2011-2016 within site - Content must be unique with at least 30 unique pages/posts/articles for one year (1 article/week), meaning 52 articles but at least 30-40 articles related to each niche. - Articles must be in English with good grammar, SEO optimized with frequently used keywords. and must be Copyscape clean. - All sites in the wheel are part of the solution and become property of client - Must have my Google analytics code and my AdSense code installed, so I can track statistics and revenue. - Ad’s will be from Google and also you are free to use LateRooms, Amazon, or ClickBank products or any other affiliate advertising that are associated with the niche. - Visitors must come from unique organic traffic sources – Traffic driven MUST BE 100% white hat real people no bots or traffic buying/trading sites or paid services, NO Black Hat etc... - Provide passwords to me for all sites you create. - All copyrights of content will be assigned to me in writing. - You will ultimately develop a fully configuring and updated WordPress based website and support sites (if needed). - You must be able to guarantee consistent income (minimum $25 USD per day) from each of the six links, niches for at least 2 months. Show me the proof of income after 30 days of launching the website. Day by day statistics are to be provided (Unique Visitor, Unique clicks, ad clicked, text-ads clicked).
