Build a Wordpress Blog using Flexx Theme

Hi, we are an internet marketing agency for small business owners based in Australia. We are wanting someone with technical expertise in Wordpress installations and a good flair for contemporary design / colour selection, to create a Wordpress blog/website following a specific and comprehensive set of instructions (attached). PLEASE DO NOT RESPOND TO THIS REQUEST UNTIL YOU HAVE THOROUGHLY READ AND UNDERSTOOD THIS BRIEF, AND CONSIDERED EVERY ASPECT REQUIRED TO DELIVER IT. We have an unlimited commercial license for the specific WP theme used (Flexx) and you are not expected to build theme price into your quote. Your quote is labor only. For someone who knows what they're doing, this is a quick and easy job (maximum three hours to install and tweak the blog/website to our requirements), however we expect a high level of attention to detail and some initiative with regard to simple design and colour selection issues. There will be several days or weeks in between iterations as per normal web development process when working with busy clients! Please provide detailed and specific response to this project, outlining why you are best suited to this project in your application. We currently have an excellent provider who does this for $50US as a complete end to end install, sometimes including setting up the server space on a WHM server. (we are needing a second contractor due to workload and business continuity provision). If you are significantly over this amount please don't bother bidding. Preference for Phillipines contractors, due to similarity of timeframe to Australia. The successful candidate will have a "can do" attitude, be technically strong to troubleshoot WP php issues, have sufficient English writing skills to be able to effectively write title tags, metatags and other short descriptions as required to suit a western contemporary style. For the candidate who delivers good work on this project, ongoing work can be expected. Preference will also be given to providers who are are familiar with installing more complex purchased WP themes, such as those from Template Monster etc. Thanks
