Create a CSS template for a CMS out of website template images

Hello, What we need done is to have website concept that has already been designed integrated into a CMS (joomla, drupal, worpress etc.), In other words, integrate an already made concept into the CMS. The project will have 2 "phases". The first phase requires building the css for the site. The second phase requires integrating the final images and text (which are currently being created). Once phase 1 is complete, you will have the option to continue working with us to complete phase 2. Please see the "details" section for more info. ## Deliverables Attached are images of the website concept. Only jpg images are supplied because the current work requires only html/css. Photoshop (or another format if you prefer) will be provided later. Below is some more information: * The home page will have images pointing to various areas of the site. Please see "[login to view URL]". * Each section of the website (besides the home page) has a similar layout. Content will be on the right hand side with links to the submenu items on the left hand side. See file "section [login to view URL] * The "Make an appointment" button is probably not the final version but it's in the right place on the menu. The other menu items will probably have their order changed. * We'd like to have a different "header" image depending on the page. In other words, the home page will have one header, the "about" page might have another. * All hyperlinks should be underlined, with the color changed on rollover. Only the red titles on the home page are not underlined but the color should be changed on rollover. The small home page images will also be clickable. * 3 different copies of the website will need to be made. One for each English, French and Spanish. The choice of CMS is pretty much up to you. But we will have to approve the choice. Here are some guidelines for choosing the CMS. 1. The CMS chosen must be open source. 2. The CMS must be php/mysql based. 3. The CMS should be quite well supported and relatively widely used (no dead or obscure open source projects). Feel free to take a look at the current website to see what content and functionality will have to be transferred to the new CMS based site that you create.
