Convert existing website (ASP) to ... (PHP?) and make some changes
Our current website is written in ASP, we want to changes this to PHP(should now run on CentOS/Debian instead of Windows). And some changes will be needed too.
All info is within the attached ZIP file.
Make sure that before placing your actual bid you read it and understand it. And ask questions is needed. Placing a bid and then starting to ask question is not the way to work.
As stated in the atteched doc, we will NOT give you access to the new hosting server, and we will NOT give the sources of the current website BEFORE we have selected a coder.
Within your bid clearly explain what technology will be used (PHP or some type of CMS or ....) and show some examples (links) of work you did in the past.
## Deliverables
1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement).
2) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
3) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Employer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Worker in ready-to-run condition in the Employer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the employer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this project.

Seems that for some of the bidders the PDF isn't clear enough. The system that will be used for the hosting is a bare system, this means NOTHING is installed on it excep an SSH server (through which we access the system). We already will have a webserver installed. If other "things" are needed for your work then the step-by-step instructions need to include the installation of them too. (PHP for example is such a "thing) Your instructions (and website) will be tested on CentOS and on Debian (both 64 bit) and will be tested with both nginx and Apache as webserver.

Seems that the wording "step-by-step", isn't clear for some people. "step-by-step" means: ALL instructions have to be include. For example saying: "install php" isn't a good instruction, while "execute: yum install php" is a good one...
## Platform
CentOS and Debian 64 bit
Apache and nginx webserver
