Convert Law Book to iPhone App

Create an iPhone app of a state's civil procedure rules ## Deliverables This project consists of converting a state's text-based rules of civil procedure (used by lawyers) to an iPhone app, similar to [login to view URL] (an analogous app for U.S. federal rules). The app will enable lawyers to have immediate access to the rules for use at court appearances without having to carry the hard-copy book. The text consists of approximately 623 pages as is available in .pdf format. It will need to be converted to text, appropriately linked, with some copyrighted material removed manually. There is an existing table of contents which may be used an linked. No index is required. A search capability would be welcome. The final app should provide credit to our law office with contact information on the splash page.
