Convert ASP.NET Web Application from Basic to Forms Authentication

We have a Visual [url removed, login to view] (2002) web application that currently uses Basic (Windows integrated) authentication. The site runs on a machine with Windows Server 2000, IIS 5 and MSSQL 7.

The scope of this project consists of converting the web application from Windows Authentication to Forms authentication and using the appropriate MSSQL 7 tables as the data source for login. The table that stores the authentication data already exists.

1. reconfiguring authentication from Basic to Forms

2. creating a login page

3. create MSSQL stored procedures needed for authentication
