Classifieds type website

I want to create a professional looking "classifieds" type website where? users log in an post adverts of the things they want to sell. It will not need the auction functionality of ebay. Users will log in, post ad advert with an image of their product and features of the product. The advert will appear on the site and other users will be able to view it. All ads will need to be searchable, so the coverpage will have categories or grouping of the different adverts. The seller and buyer will discuss the product in blog type messages. The buyer will purchase the product through the site and the advert will be removed automatically. ## Deliverables The website in my view needs to have the following functionality. 1 -? The ability of users (seller)? to create an advert, completing a "form" with? features of the product theyre selling, (colour, make, size etc)? specifying a price? and obviously upload an image. 2 -? The buyer and seller must be able to message each other like a blog. If i place an ad, someone must be able to leave a message viewed by everyone? and likewise, i can respond telling them about the product. 3 - The ability of the buyer to place a purchase through the website and then for the site to pay the seller. They pay our site, and we pay the seller (less a % based commission - this is where the revenue is made) 4 - The site obviously needs to remove the product from the site? one it is bought. 5? - The buyer and seller must be able to rate each other. Sellers, like ebay, can be given "approval rates" by users. 6? - The site must be able to have on the cover page of the website lists of the latest adverts or top sellers or something like that. 7 - The cover page must have "groups" or categories and search functionality I am open to direction and will consider part ownership of the business if i can find someone professional and skilled enough who gets this idea. I will eventually want the site translated and availble in several different languages and available in these countries, but for now I need to find the right person at the right price.
