Classified Ad site

I am looking for a site like craigslist or Backpage. Its similar to craigslist. I am looking to be able to charge for sponsered listing like backpage which craigslist does not. The payment section can be done with just accepting paypal for the payment. The forum I am not interested in only the classified section. I do want to have some areas that I can put google adwords or other ads on so I do not want the whole site filled where I cannot have other banners etc. The project will need to have a back end that can look at flagged items to have them deleated. there are some examples of this back end at [login to view URL] under admin demo. I am looking for nothing but the best; looks, working and scalability wise. Its fine, if you use open source scripts or develop from scratch; use traditional technologies or latest. The developer should be comfortable with the followings a. Database i. You must be GURU in database. It will be database intensive b. Scripting and backend programming c. Usability i. Easy to use d. SEO i. Site should be search engine compatible and optimized. e. Innovation, new technologies I prefer > 1. Freelancers or small teams, instead of big companies 2. Smart; someone very very smart. 3. someone who is willing to work and keep working to get the project complete and keep me posted as to progress.
