A simple content management system where the admin can upload articles (which will be shown to users as a html page) OR where the admin can also upload .pdf files (which will be shown to users as a .pdf).
This will be part of the 'News' page on my site. On the news page, there will be a list of each article/pdf files (in order of date published), each will have a brief summary.
? Then the user clicks on one and goes to the full article/pdf file.
It is optional to the admin whether an article is uploaded in a simple text box, or if a pdf is uploaded.
I was thinking this would work like this:
2 Option boxes:
Option one:
If the admin wants to upload a normal text article, they can simple copy/paste into a text box. The summary will be for the admin to write.
Option 2:
For pdf's, they will have to 'attach' it from their own computer and then it should upload to the database. The summary will be filled in by the admin.

## Deliverables
As said in the summary.
There needs to be:
BACKEND:
1) Login for the admin section
2) Page where file is uploaded
FRONTEND:
1) General News page, list of all news in order of newest to oldest, with a short description/summary on each.
2) When you click on each one, it leads you to the full article (html file) OR to the full pdf file (whichever it happens to be)
Thanks.
