Build a website for Afro-Carribean and European Hair Salon in UK

I need a website built for my sole trader business. I am a hairdresser with a salon in the UK that specializes in Afro-Caribbean, European and mixed-race hair. I also sell hair and beauty products tailored to this market.

I have my own registered domain name and image. I also have many pictures of the designs I create. I would like a website that uses flash techniques and look stylish and upmarket. As I am a small business my budget is limited but this is an opportunity for a web designer to prove their worth!
