Blackberry Call Reporting(repost)

The required software will capture Call Activity detail (ie. Date, Time, Duration, Number dialed or Caller ID) and send it to a Web Service.? This call detail may be extracted from the call log on the Blackberry phone, or captured separately. It doesn't matter to us, as long as it contains the necessary information, and is transmitted to the Server in a timely manner. Additionally, there must be an administrative component on the cell phone that would allow to specify the Server URL, frequency of transmittions, password, etc... The Web service (the Server component) is NOT a part of this project.
