Background website

I need a website where I upload photos and the site makes them into backgrounds (regular sieze 800*600, 1024*768 aso) The site must must have a great SEO! ## Deliverables The website needs to be like [login to view URL] User can find any wallpaper by klicking the menu or serching on the site for make, model aso. As admin i want to be able to upload a photo and the site resize it to all size to fit the most common resolutions. All photos are linked to eachother by tags, if looking at a photo the site automaticly finds related photos.
