Auto Fill in Captcha

require a piece of software to be created (preferably using Optical character recognition software) that can scan a web page, read a captcha box and enter the correct letters/numbers into the captcha box. Once installed it should appear on the tool bar of the web browser and be able to be turned on and off easily. It should also be compatible with password remembering software. This is for a work for hire agreement and I will expect all rights to be delivered to be in respect of this work as part of your bid. This is an easy project for anyone who knows what they are doing. Please advise expected delivery date and other factors you feel relevant to your bid
