Article re-roganizer

I have articles in a spun format where each sentence has 3 variations separated by a ~ symbol each set of three sentence variations are surrounded by {}. I want all the 1st sentence variations split out into a single article, all the second sentence variations into a different article and so on with the third sentence variation.

I should like this functionality coded as a php solution suitable for uploading to a web server. I want to be able to paste the original spun article into a box, click a button which populates 3 separate boxes on the page with the individual articles suitable for copying and pasting to another application.
