Admin panel enhancement(repost)

Our company would like some upgrades to be done to one of our websites' admin panel: Jamaicanexpansion.com. Work done on the "advertise" section of the admin panel should provide the following results: -The administrator should be able to choose between using code or images in advertising zones. He or she should be able to use images with or without a URL. If he or she uses an image with a URL, users should be directed to that URL when they click on the image. -The administrator should be able to select where a particular advertisement appears i.e. -on a specific URL/article -on pages of a particular category -on the page(s) of a particular user -also have the option for an ad to appear on all pages of the site (the way it currently works) -The administrator should be able to see how many times an ad zone has been viewed. -The administrator should be able to add more ad zones on a page. The "add advertise" zone option is already there but it doesn't work. -When an ad zone does not contain any specific code or image but is still active, a banner with "Your ad here +BANNER SIZE" should appear in that zone. -Also, The administrator should be able to edit the "Copyright" footer information directly from the admin panel. -When a user logs into the "my comments" section, the "edit comments" function doesn't work. It needs to be fixed
