Add and tidy an existing joomla site

We have an esisiting Joomla website that needs to be tidied, A bit of reformatting and adding of a picture page (pictures provided). A few links added.? A sign up page to anable customers to sign up for a monthly newsletter, and associated e mail address set up for this.

Also possibly a retainer for a new front page text every month and possible discussion of sending the monthly e mail to signed up customers content Will be provided.
