Block layered navigation of prestashop to customize

Please read everything right to the end otherwise i will ignore your bid so don't waste your time, thank you. The budget for the project is 60$. I would like the block layered navigation module in Prestashop to be set up customised so that it works in category, manufacturers, size, color, search, price drop. I also want it customised so that by default, the filters are closed/collapsed. I want this to be an option in the backend so if i change my mind i can change it back to expanded view. p.s. I do not want any core files tampered with, only files within the module itself, and it will need to be compatible with my theme.
