Day Spa site needs revamping

I have too much on my plate and need help with this project. This is remake for a day spa website. This is phase I of this project; I need a prototype (1 page working mockup) to present to the client. If they like it I'll need someone to flesh it out, so if you think you can do both, give me an idea of a price on the build. Worth noting: 1)For this phase I need your bid on the mockup including up to 3 alterations (minor). 2)The site currently uses a backend admin tool to allow them to change web content (add product categories, products, change page text, add specials, etc.) What they want is a simple but catchy look (see neiman marcus' site) with that same functionality. No template or boxed looks please! 3)The current site is done with ASP against MS Access (before you boo, I didn't create it!). I'm planning on hosting it on my unix server with the database being mysql. I'm not opposed to a user-friendly shopping cart package (oscommerce?). I would like to deal with someone in Texas, preferably in the Houston area as I'm hoping to build a working relationship with someone, and its easier to do that eye-to-eye. But I'm open right now with one exception - only US companies will be considered. Let me know if you have any questions! (3) How long have you been developing ecommerce and/or database-driven websites?
