db transfer

I am looking for programmer to trasnfer my existing db to wordpress db. It will be great if you are know wordpress well. There are 4 things you need to do: 1. You need to write a script to transfer the db to wordpress db. I write down all the information in the excel file, so that you will know which field transfer to which field. 2. Besides db trasnfer, I will also use Exec-PHP([login to view URL]) to show some data in the post. So you need to write some php code, so that I can show the data correctly in each posts. 3. I want the front page to show the latest post, best rated post(I using this plugin [login to view URL]) and the editor choice post.
