Create an Automated Change IP For Linksys Router

Hi, I would like to have a program automated for me to automatically Forcefully change the MAC Address for me to get a new ip. I want this to be done automatically and also an option to do it with a click of a button. I want u to random generate a code for the last 4 digit of the mac address.
