Clone of Php Classifieds Script

Hello Programmers, I need someone that can create a Profile/Classifieds Listing Site for me that is very similiar in idea/fuction to PhpClassifiedsScripts.Com. I do NOT want an exact clone, but I do want many of the same features. This would include: - Create mulitple 'Sections' (Categories) - Create Custom Fields (Questions) for each Category - Custom Text Fields - Custom Checkbox Fields - Custom Drop Down Fields - Custom Radio Fields - Custom Textarea Fields - Custom HTML Link Fields - Custom Pricing - Internal Messaging Between Users - Zip/Postal Code Search - Image Upload and Picture Resizing for all Profile/Listings - Run any ad type from Autos, For Sale, Personals, Housing, even Pets! - Run in FREE MODE or CHARGE MEMBERS to list ads. Set up multiple payment packages to charge members. By limiting days ad runs By limiting photos allowed (if any) Categories can have different payment packages. Meaning you can charge different rates to list ads for every category. You can every set specific categories to be FREE! Built-in SSL support (requires SSL certificate). Charge Featured Ads, Toggle Optional Feature ad Highlighting Charge Featured Ads, Toggle Optional Feature ad Highlighting, Front page listing. Built-in [login to view URL] AIM and Paypal support. Lost password recovery for members. Members can save listings. Etc. Basically, the idea is to create a site where I can create new sections/categories (Ads or Profiles), create custom fields/questions for these categories, and modify and edit everything as needed. I need a clone of the fuctions of [login to view URL], but not the layout or design. I WOULD PREFER TO HAVE THIS BUILT FROM SCRATCH. That way the site can be created exactly as needed.
