Audio rating site similar to Hot or Not

I'm looking for a web site that is like [login to view URL], but instead of users rating pictures, I'd like users to be able to rate 30-second audio clips. I assume it's easier to modify the existing script then to start from scratch, but whichever is easier and more cost efficient. I already have the script if you don't. Features that are built into the script that I need as well as the ones that I need added: - adminstrator controls giving me the ability to delete/edit posts and comments. - user ability to upload audio clips and create a profile - let other users rate and comment on posted audio clips (no user id or registration required for these parts) - I would like users to be able to record their own 30-second clip on the web site (if this is possible) or upload their own file - list the highest and lowest rated audio clips I don't know if this is possible, but I was wondering if it would be possible to use a third party hosting site that allows for embedding to host the audio to save room on the server. If not, not a big deal. Also, I know CSS so I'm going to do the design and layout myself and then would like the chosen designer to integrate the script within the divs. Thank you so much, let me know if you have any questions.
