Development of website with coding for customisable invitation printables

We need someone to code a webpage that allows the user to create their own customised invitation. A template will be provided and the user must input key information and choose a colour scheme. The sizing of the text will adjust depending on the length of the word. See for example: [login to view URL] We will provide the designs. The developer will need to build the front end as well as the back end CMS that allows us to apply the same coding to future designs.
