Auto site analysis product

Similar to [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] I am looking for someone to build a simple website analysis tool that "grades" or "analyzes" any website. The key features have to include: load time, site snapshot, site age (domain lookup details), # of indexed pages, images (alt text checker), meta information (title, description, keywords), # of backlinks, [login to view URL] check, xml sitemap check, # of backlinks, .edu backlinks, DMOZ and Yahoo Directory submission, Twitter account?, Pagerank. I'd like it in php OR .NET and it needs a simple interface that creates a web-only, printable final grade sheet with a CMS for me to manage most of it after you are done developing it.
