This kind of project is very big, I see people bidding on it for 200, But you must ask yourself can $200 really get you an anti virus, where is the bidder going to get their virus definitions from(a solid virus definitions and pattern database can go for $200k+) What about updates as new viruses come out? I already have my own definitions and I keep them updated, and the know how to create the drivers, boot code, and in memory scanning. I have a strong background in security and can offer a real anti virus tailored to your company, and not a hack and slash solution.
