Chat Room with Cards Against Humanity Style Game

Hi there! My website is a canine simulation game written in PHP and Jquery and uses CodeIgniter with a Bootstrap framework with an already working member MySQL database. I need a chat room created to place easily into my game for members to chat in. I would like it to hook up to my current MySQL database of members, so members can log in and out using their already created accounts in the MySQL database. I would need the chat room to have private messages to other members in the chat room, mod and admin powers like booting members from the chat room, banning them for the chat room, silencing them in the chat for a set period of time, granting mod/admin powers to people in the chat room and it saving this information for later, so next time they log in, they will still be have mod powers. I already have an admin system in place that tells the database who is an admin or mod. I would like any mods or admins in the database already to also be mods/admins in the chat room. Links to their current user profiles in the browser based part of my game would also be ideal. I need it to also use their current avatars in the chat room. I would like the ability for users to change font colors and add smileys to the chat as well. For the next half of the project, I would like this chat room to have the ability for users to play a Cards Against Humanity style game while in the chat room similar to the website Pretend You're Xyzzy. I would like up to ten people to be able to play at once and users to be able to start games when they wished and other players could join in. (I would want a limit on how many games could be running at the same time so, it doesn't overload my website) These games could be private (with the mods/admins still having the ability to see what is going on, but no one else) as well as public so, anyone could join in to play or watch the game. I have the game set up with a currency system already, so users can buy items. I would like when they win a game for the winner to win a certain amount of my game currency and it be added to their account when the game is over. I would like to be able to easily add, edit, and delete cards from the entire game as well. This chat room must work on all major browsers and be responsive so, it could still function on mobile or tablets. Please let me know if you are interested in this project! Thanks!
