Android application that report current GPS coordinate through email

Ok, this is a “easy” project for you who know what you’re doing :-) I need you to build me a android application that report current GPS coordinate through email. This is how it works: user go to a place, he run this application, a form displayed, he fill the forms, click “send”, the application send the current GPS coordinate together with some value based on the users input to particular email address. Rcpt email address should be not changeable except by administrator (with password), so this application should cant be decompiled. It should run on android phone and tablet [login to view URL] ~ [login to view URL] and maybe later version. User will use different android device with different spec and screen size, this should be take into a consideration. I am looking for a experience, easy to work with and willing to build a long term professional relationship android developer. Although this is a small android app that might can be done easily by most of android developer, this app can be grow into a big and complex application (with another budget/project, of course).
