Config PTC settings in Admin!

CODER MUST KNOW PAID TO CLICK SYSTEMS (PTC) I am looking for someone with knowledge of PTC to full config my PTC site (admin) to working order, set prices, set limits, ads, banners, etc... You need to config this site as if you are setting up your own PTC site to earn $$$ You will have to setup packages, banners (you can use your own) (free advertising) and whatever else it takes so i can place the PTC site online. I may also have some questions for you, so please be prepared to answer some questions. I do have live chat, so we can talk/discuss on what you are doing so i can get a better understanding...
