I'm looking to have a CMS created. The specs for the CMS can be found as an attached file. The Cms should be integrated into 3 different layouts i supply you with. This will most likely mean minimal job since all three layout most likely can be cut in the same way and thereby the same coding be used. However does this job and does it do my satisfaction can expect more work to add new features to this cms aswell as other work i need done. However does this Cms should be able to find exist public domain scripts that he can use as base for many(most) of the features. This could be a good portfolio job for someone that are looking to start doing this kind of scripts. anyone who bids on this most be ready to take orders about how the script should be integrated into the grafic and available for communications during the work period. I will insist on several different deadlines when different aspects of the cms should be completed. The coder should deliver what he has made up to that point at these deadlines. The coder agrees to a 10% payment deduction for each week the delivery of the cms is delayed after final deadline, provided the delay is not caused by me, the buyer.
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
