Build My Ecommerce Website

I need a website developer who can design a home page for my website with a header, a column with links on the left, to accept text and images in the middle of the page without a right side margin, and a template page. The template is needed to be used for 100 to 150 shopping pages that imports the product information with the images from an XLS spreadsheet. About 3,000 products will be provided by my wholesaler in CSV or XLS. If the wholesaler has CSV data, you must provide a utility to convert the CSV data to a XLS spreadsheet. Each product will have an image, text, and the prices, with a shopping cart available available on the website for customers to place their order. After the data is imported to my computer then it needs to be placed on the shopping pages automatically. Please send me samples of your work for designing shopping sites. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows XP IE6.0 OE6.0, and Linux server.
