Advertisement brokering system - Drupal, Ecommerce, Workflow, Worldpay

A system to handle advertisement brokering shall be built. System shall handle the process of a client buying advertisements THRU us, sending us money, and we handling the payment of commissions to the publisher (that WE buy the advertisement from effectively). System shall furthermore allow the client to track his previous advertisement buys, send in changes to existing ads as well as cancel ads. System shall charge the client on a monthly basis using a credit card merchant provider that works in Europe - suggested system is WorldPay. This system shall be implemented on top of an existing Drupal site. A maximum of existing general modules should be used.
