Create PHP code to provide dynamic content in Joomla modules

Looking for a programmer to write PHP code to provide dynamic content in three of my Joomla modules. My website consists of three programs: Joomla, a PHP based Freelancer site, and PHP based Questions & Answers site (Q&A site). All three are on the same domain. Each has its own database. For the first module, I need code that will count the total number of freelancers, total number of open projects, and total number of open questions from the freelancer site and the Q&A site, and to list 5 latest activity (title and category of the latest projects and/or latest questions posted). For the second module, I will need two separate columns: in the first, I need a count of the total open projects from the freelancer program. Under that, i will need a listing of the latest 5 projects posted to the freelancer program. In the second column, I will need the same information, except from the Q&A program. For the third module, I will need a listing of projects by category and a listing of projects by location (state). This will simply be a listing of the categories, with a count of the projects posted in a particular category. The freelancer site already has such a listing, so creating the code for the module may be as simple as including that listing.
