Site funtionality (This is what i need the site to do (briefly)
Clients to be able:to:
*log on/create their own accounts
*Fill in DB field with their own information(I will provide the list of field that DB needs and we will disscuss how to structure in a questionarie)
Administrator to be able to:
*add different languages and add the field names on those languages
*add more field names
*run different reports and stats
SEO migh be required too
more enhacements will be need it in future and future maintenance of the page might be agreed
