Need person to customize a social network site powered by the [url removed, login to view] platform so that it reads in not only English, but Vietnamese as well. That means when a Vietnamese or English speaking person enters the social network site, the headings, instructions, etc., are all comprehensible. Northern and Southern Vietnamese dialects are slightly different. So person must make good judgement call on how translation is done. As I am not an expert on coding and computing, person will also have to be patient and hold my hand on some aspects of getting site up and running.
