clone needed. be quick

We are after a COMPLETE clone of www.icanhascheezburger.com. We am not needing it done for a couple of weeks but am after a designer now with a set price for doing it. We want to be able to talk to the designer directly, in fluent english. On completion of the website, we will have constant work if you are interested. the clone of this website includes: The same rating system as they have (is on top of every picture on there) a neat, and nicely set way to post pictures each day, sometimes more then 3 or 4 a day. a profile system where you can save your own pictures or put other pictures into your favourites. a section where you can add a comment for the picture (when you click on the picture it takes you to this section) plus more. Have a look at the website. We want pretty much everything they have. We need this project completed as fast as possible. obviously we are looking for the lowest bidder as we are on somewhat of a small budget for this. main needs are a history of website designs and previous work that we can look at, and you need to be able to speak fluent english.
