backoffice cPanel integration

We provide webdesign and -hosting services. This task is about creating a backoffice for our users and administrators with background connection to cPanel functions (account creating, creation of email accounts and forwarders, viewing website statistics, selection of website templates, making backups and a few others) all these cPanel features should be manageable through our user's backoffice. The user backoffice should allow for multiple languages (english, german, portuguese) - means any texts should be language variables. One of the challenges is: We want to integrate cPanel's webtemplate selection feature allowing our clients to select their preferred template but, unlike the cPanel procedure, NOT to download it, but just to have this selection stored into the client's dataset as his "rough idea" as to how he'd like his website to be designed in his custom-design package. So the selected template id should be stored, nothing should be offered for download. We thought it might be possible to make use of cPanel's already existing "Website template selection tool" for this purpose. Both, client and administrator backoffice should then display a thumbnail of the template selection of the client. Additionally the client backoffice should integrate a ticket based communication system like OSticket allowing for a well organized communication process between clients and webdesigners resp. administrators. Our focus is on providing the simplest possible surface for our clients who are NOT Internet professionals and facilitate the communication process between our webdesigners and our clients to the highest degree. So, our clients shouldn't even see the confusing variety of cPanel's features. cPanel functions should run completely in the background. The clients should be guided through the whole process of providing information on how they want their website be done without any remote possibility not to know what to do next (domain name selection, webdesign from first idea to final design, upload of their content).... ## Deliverables We put great importance on SIMPLICITY for our clients.
