CV/Resume Maker $ Search engine

Hello, I need a good programmer who can create a CV/Resume maker website with a paid option for employers to search these cv's/resumes. Employee part; !! The website should be a exactly like [login to view URL] , please study this website before bidding! Here you shuffle the different sections around so the generated CV will be in that particular order. The CV layouts need to be modified , as now you can choose from 2 different fonts , i also like to add colors here. Need to add custom fields. When creating a new CV you can choose a category. (for employer statistics) Employer part; Just like any other CV search engine Search Agents Favorites list Recurring billing option Layout should be in line with the employee part. Als it will be in translated into several languages (not included in the job) , so keep the language files in a seperate string An admin panel with statistics with member and payment options. Needs all the options an admin should have to keep track at all employees and employers. Also track cv's Some features should be added in here which i cannot discuss here
