we need a shop for selling softwares with possiblity for other users to sign up as seller and sell in our shop their sofwares.
it is an Opencart shop for selling datas as .zip files with Multi vendor functionality.
We buy and deliver the Multi Vendor/Drop Shipper Module from Waabay and Multi Vendor / Dropshipper Vendor Logo (vQmod) Extension.
all functionalities we need are included in the modules.
we need just some customizations on the module:
1. Important and main concept is the payment way:
- The transactions are seperated between sellers and buyers and not through the admin. it means sellers enter by registering their paypal and the buyers will pay directly to their account.
the main payment concept is that nothing is done manually by admin.
and when the sellers get money from buyers, the download get ready for buyers.
so that the sellers must be able to handle all their transactions by themselves.
(Note: we don't want the payment and transaction way that is included in the module as original)
2. the registering is free, BUT the sellers pay manually for each month 10% of each product price to get that product online.
first payment, then product go online.
in next month if seller don't pay for new month, he gets a reminder email notification, that he have to pay for new month.
when after 5 days no reaction, the product go offline, until seller pays again for new month.
so that seller have to take care of his products, when he want the product is online he must pay monthly 10% of each product price to admin account.
3. i buy and deliver this template for the shop: [login to view URL]
of course the admin can sell products too, and the buyers would pay directly to him. we add a payment company for admin to offer all payment methods.
but sellers can just offer paypal.
Here a real sample:
1. i register as seller. i pay nothing.
2. i insert a product it coast 100 usd. after inserting i have to pay the fee 10 usd to main admin. then my product go online.
3. in next month, i get a email reminder, new month is there you have to pay in 5 days, else product go offline.
4. then the seller pays again 10 usd for new month, to keep the product online.
add new product case:
1. in first month i have just 1 product it coast 100 usd, i pay for that month 10 usd.
2. in next month i want to have this product stil online. so my account is -10usd then i want to add new product that coast 100 usd too. then i have to pay 20 usd for both products for that month.
Just install a fresh opencart installations, install the modules i deliver and theme, then make the customizations.
