Create a search within a large series of numbers - Pi

We are creating a Pi site, and need to create a script that allow visitors to enter a 10 digit series of numbers and then the program will find when that 10-digit series occurs. The database is the numbers of Pi - there are free databases of these numbers online, and I would like to have a large set 1 million+. And the ability to expand the database set. Need to know about storage and host concerns. This is a for fun activity, to give visitors an opportunity to play with the series of Pi. They may search for their birthday, phone or lucky lottery numbers. The results will post on screen - when their series (show their input) and what position in Pi 125,997th in the series. Also send them an email.
