A Community website

*A repost because something went wrong when I accidentaly awarded to two providers* As a non-profit community website was closed down and we want to offer the users who are now left out in the cold a new place to start again. The original website is frozen but can still be seen at [login to view URL] Basic functionality needed: User registration and login User pages with public and private comment system and blog pages User page management Ability to remove single or multiple comments User pictures with management User statistics Ability to block another user from commenting on your user page Favorite users option Rotating top banner pics Last x public comments visible on homepage 4 random user pictures visible on homepage Users online on homepage Latest users on homepage Last updated users on homepage No user video's like original, maybe later youtube links in user pictures Most of this functionality can be seen on the original site and the new site should mimic this as near as possible so users will feel right at home.
