Cheap and Good PHP expert required

hi I have two php experts who work with me and they are both excellent at their work however recently one of them has become too expensive for me and the other keeps delaying work endlessly. So I am not planning to leave their services however I am looking for a new person whom I can offload regular work to. Please understand I know PHP and MYSQL myself, I am an expert at flash,xhtml,css,joomla,design etc so I am looking for an expert too. If you dont have over 5 years of experience, please excuse this bid. I need someone who is VERY good with php, joomla, wordpress etc. Can install customised shopping carts or can customise 3rd party modules and shopping carts for CMS like joomla and drupal . The kind of pricing I am looking for I am giving below , if your pricing is higher than that , kindly do not bid as this will be long term. Customise Joomla membership and registration system : $80 Customise joomla ecart system and design :$60 Create a small scrapper system for a website : $30 Create backend XML editor for a flash and xml website: $60 Those are actual work I have in hand (and more) which I will be handing over to you if you are select however timely response and contacting me online everyday is required without which I will find someone new. You have to contact me atleast once a day anytime through MSN,Skype or GTALK whatever suits you and I expect mail replies within 4 hours of when I send them (barring nighttime ofcourse that is understandable) Finally I just want to say I am looking for a guy who will be nice and friendly to work with.
