Birthday Reminder software

I am looking for someone to develop me the birthday reminder features and database functionality of a site such as birthday alarm. We already have a website and this will be an add on. We have forms that people fill out that allows members to give us their birthdays (day, month mainly and possibly year)and this software will need to harvest them/ access them on the server database. It will then automatically sends out a birthday card to members, with a mail merge type personalisation so it has their name etc. It shold also allow people to send each other one of or cards! reCaptcha's are essential!
