Availibility calendar to joomla site (properties)

Hi,

Current site is using properties component. Replace current calendar with new.

New calendar should have these functionalities:

* Change over. If reservation is ending sunday and new reservation is starting same sunday it should show that with different color. (front-end), otherwise it should only list free dates and reserved dates

* Details. Reservation should include one description field where I can insert for example name. (back-end functionality, should show same calendar, but when cursor is over reservation it should show that description field info)

* Show at least one month at the time, easy navigation to month to month and year to year

* Each reservation should have id field and that can be used to link reservation to correct property
