Automotive Search engine PHP/MYSQL

Overall will be a database listing of cars with search option for different criteria. The code to be in php with mysql as database.

The software will require to automatic import data in the database from external sources like cs file or from pdf I can supply both so the programmer can have a look at [url removed, login to view] images for the cars will be imported bulk from a folder where the image name will have the car stock number or manually for each car in case some of them need to be corrected.

The software needs to be able to handle multiple user accounts all of them with their individual items to list .so a customer can select a search criteria on all the stock items or individual per user accounts.

Each item listed will have specific fields as well as up to 10 or more picture images and the possibility of a video upload . One important thing is, each item has to have a specific area where the user can push advertising or discounts , this discounts/advertising should be controlled from a central location for each user account and they should be on time limit ex. "20% discount should only run for 2 weeks" so the user can select the time period the advertising will run for. as well as a option to apply this type of advertising to only specific models of cars ex. all cars over a certain price or a certain make.a reporting tool which will display the number of views pe item and enquirers.
