Attractive Progress Bar for Quicktime Movie

Hi I have an HTML web page with a MOV file embedded in it as an Object and need a progress bar to appear while the movie loads. I only want the movie to appear on the page once it has loaded fully (4MB), before that I would like a nice progress bar or something attractive so the viewer can see how long until the page is fully complete. I need this done immediately please. Can you show me a sample of what the progress bar looks like? It is important that this looks nice, I would like the browser to check if Quicktime is installed and if not show a popup window with a link to the Apple website to install it. Page loads Checks for Quicktime If not installed shows a popup window showing where to install it Page finds Quicktime installed and shows the progress bar while MOV file loads Progress bar disappears and MOV file plays Like i said, i want this to look attractive, some Ajax would be nice. Budget $30
