Airbnb - private house finding site

I would like a website built that very closely models Airbnb. I have some differences that I want placed in the site but the development requirements should be similar. Once we have a trusted working relationship you will also be expected to integrate the payment processing. This will be a basic third party payment gateway facility. The website will need to be FULLY functional for the Australian market place. Ie you will need to source street address data and have this fully functional within the website. The website needs to be developed as so additional countries can be added with minimal effort. I require you to design subtle changes to the airbnb site and develop this new one as so users know its different but know its the same idea! I need to see credentials (previous work) that displays ability to develop real-estate search functionality. I want clear and clean images and site design that has minimalistic formats. I would also like to see a basic design and concept prior to commission.
