Add Banner Ad feature to my website

I would like a programmer to replace my existing text link code from the existing [login to view URL] website and replace it with banners. ? There will be "NO" payment integration so this should be a fairly easy project. ? Once the existing code is removed from both the front end and control panel, the programmer will add banner Ad functionality. : ## Deliverables [login to view URL] **Frontend:** ** ** Existing pages on the website that currently contain code for "text ad" advertisements will be removed. ? 10 banners (all of the same size) will be placed in each of columns (left & right) for a total of 20 banners per page. Each time the page is refreshed the banners will randomly change locations. A sample of the similar code can be found at the following url: <[login to view URL]> See attached file to see an example of how the banner display should look. **Control Panel:** ** ** The existing Control Panel will have the previous "Text Link" Management features removed and replaced with "Banner Management". ? When the administrator clicks the "Manage Banners" button/link he will be able to? Add / Edit / Delete banners to the system. Note: ? No payment gateway will be required. ? All Advertisers will contact the administrator about advertising on the website. ? Ads will be added manually through the control panel. Add Banners: The first step is to select "New Advertiser or Existing Advertiser". ? If the Advertiser is new the administrator will enter the "Business Name, Contact name, Billing Address, Email Address, & Phone number" to keep as a record for the advertiser. ? If the new banner will be associated with an existing Advertiser then that Advertisers info will be displayed. To add banners the Administrator will either browse the local computer to upload a copy of the banner to the server or paste the url of the banner if it will be hosted on another server. ? Both options need to be available. Only one size banner will be accepted by the system. ? In addition each banner will have a radio "Activate / Deactivate" button will activate and deactivate the banner from the rotation. Edit Banners: Clicking the "Edit Banners" button will allow the administrator to edit contact information about the Advertiser, change banners, or hosting for that banner. Delete Banners: Clicking the "Delete" Banners button will give the Administrator the ability to delete Advertisers or Banners from the system. Banner Bank: ? Although the pages will only display 10 banners at a time the Banner Bank may contain more that 10 banners. ? All "Active Banners" will rotate onto the pages of the website.
