Decode 1 file

Hi, I have 1 file that is encoded in something called ion cube loader. I need someone who is an expert to encode this file for me and to make it 100% working. I need this done as soon as possible and its very urgent. This file is needed so i can use it with my wordpress website soon, so I would also like you to install this for me.
