Days without accidents

I am a Graphic Designer looking for someone to code a flash file for me that is editable.? I need this flash file to be used as a "Days without accidents" counter. i.e. "It has been 'fill in the blank' day(s) since our last accident.? And when there is a accident I would imagine they would just relaunch the file to reset the counter when there has been an accident.? I would imagine the code would read the system clock and start with an integer of 1 and after every 24 hours add 1 to that integer.? So they would launch the file and it would read '1' day since our last accident, and after 24 hours it would read '2' days since our last accident...and so on.
