CrossX video Transcoder

This project is fairly simple. I have a program called CrossX already coded but, it has a couple of big bugs I need worked out. First of all the GUI freezes when a video is being transcoded but will eventually release, second the GUI freezes and won't unfreeze if a video already exists with the transcoded name, and last of all the program doesn't write anything from FFMPEG to the text area. ## Deliverables I have the files attached I need the following fixed: 1. GUI freeze on transcode. I think this requires a new thread. 2. GUI freeze when file exists. Fix this by having Java see if it exists first then asking if the user wants an overwrite the existing file and if yes then delete the existing file. 3. FFMPEG needs to show details in the Text Area. The Source Code is included in the .zip file.
